The phiCLONE amplifier

The phiCLONE is an integrated amplifier based on the LM3886 chip used in the Gaincard amplifier. It's rated at 68WPC into 8 Ohms . The performance is superlatively detailed and clean, belying its simplicity and size. This amplifier offers some of the best characteristics of very low distortion class AB designs with few of the concomitant disadvantages of solid state amplifiers.

It is constructed in a similar style to the PHIcD power amplifier with a choice of either no controls, a traditional volume knob, or remote volume control. It is normally manufactured in stereo but a 3-channel version is available if a passive subwoofer such as our phiPOLE is employed.
